Menu:

Pepper -cured beef and aubergine rolls
Thin slices of pepper – cured beef wrapped with cream cheese and aubergines flash fried and rolled in black pepper, mustard seeds, coriander seeds and sea salt drizzled with a balsamic glaze

Prawn and crab rosti
Sweet potato rosti with prawn and crab meat grilled and served with fresh rocket and an avocado and brandy paprika mayo

Chicken Trinchardo
Chicken strips grilled in a creamy white wine peri peri sauce served with French bread

Smoked Salmon Parcel
Filled with cream cheese and chives, fresh herbs and drilled with a wasabi yoghurt

Summer Sautéed prawns
Prawns grilled in a homemade sauce with chilli, nuts fresh herbs and garlic served on toasted ciabatta bread

Calamari Peppadew      
Falklands calamari grilled and served in a creamy peppadew sauce served on a bed of egg noodles

Duck Pancakes
Duck breast slices cooked in hoisin sauce rolled into small pancakes with cucumber slices and bean sprouts served with a sweet chilli and a rocket horseradish sauce

Baked Camembert
Wrapped in parma ham and grilled topped with chopped figs and pecan nuts served with melba toast

 

Starters

Ostrich salad
Slices of ostrich, tomato, avocado, peppadews, blue cheese and fresh herb croutons with a cranberry dressing

Grilled Beef Salad
Slices of fillet which has been grilled and seared marinated in a lemon dressing served with toasted pita bread with rocket fresh herbs toasted almond baby marrows

Grilled Haloumi, Asparagus and Rocket Salad
Haloumi cheese thinly sliced and served on a bed of baby green leaves with asparagus, green beans , avocado and topped with toasted pine kernels and rocket

Chicken Nicoise Salad
Thin slices of chicken rolled in sesame seeds grilled and served on a bed of lettuce with cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, olives and egg topped with yoghurt dressing

Aged rump skewered rolled in sea salt, black pepper and mustard seeds grilled to your liking served with chips basted with garlic butter

De- boned chicken thighs skewered with Jalepeno chillies basted with a sweet chilli sauce served with chips

Peri Peri Chicken
Spatchcock chicken grilled and served with chips

Creamy Chicken Breasts
Chicken breasts grilled and stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, ricotta cheese, basil and rolled and grilled in parma ham served with side green salad

Mozambiqian Skwewer
Line fish, calamari and prawns grilled and served with a sweet chilli tomato and yogurt sauce on top of caramelised butternut and baby potato
